This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) on servers in Nuremberg. When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date, time and the page requested (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after 7 days. What you enter in a form or the newsletter sign-up goes to our CMS server (cms.domaeneostsee.com), also hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Nuremberg, which also processes your IP address to protect against spam (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
We use what you enter in a form only to process your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). Your enquiry reaches us as an email, sent via Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany) as our processor. Nothing is stored on this website itself. We delete the data once the enquiry is complete and no retention obligations apply.
If you subscribe to the Schloss Rattey newsletter, the same consent also adds you to the Domäne Ostsee master list, which brings occasional news from its houses (Schloss Rattey, Inselmühle Usedom, Manufaktur Mönchhagen and others). We store your email address, your name if you give it, your language and which of our websites you signed up on. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
Sign-up uses a double opt-in: you receive an email with a confirmation link, and only then are you added. For sign-up and sending we use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany) as our processor. Brevo logs the sign-up and the confirmation as proof and may record whether a newsletter was opened and which links were clicked.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the end of every one of these emails, which withdraws your consent. We then delete your address from the lists.
You book rooms through our service provider’s booking system at booking.softtec.software. Via the booking links (e.g. “Book a room”) you leave this website; the provider’s privacy policy also applies there.
You book tours and tastings through the booking platform Regiondo, operated by Regiondo GmbH. Via the “Book” links you leave this website; Regiondo’s privacy policy applies there, and payment is handled by the payment provider Stripe. We copy the tour descriptions and photos to our own server in advance; visiting this website makes no connection to Regiondo or Stripe.
The online shop at schlossrattey.shop is a separate website with its own privacy policy. Via the shop links you leave this website.
The map on this website is an image served from our own server. Google Maps only opens when you click “Plan your route”; Google’s privacy policy then applies.
Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server. Displaying them transfers no data to other providers.
This website sets no cookies and loads no content from other providers when you visit. Should we offer embedded content such as maps or videos in future, it will only load after your consent (§ 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
