Our kitchen team cooks with seasonal and regional ingredients, along with products from our own Naturmanufaktur Inselmühle Usedom, from regional suppliers and from our own growing.
The menu changes with the seasons — different every two months. Our wines all come from our own cellars — truly estate-bottled!
Visit the wineryWe also publish menus for special occasions through the year, such as St. Martin.
Besides wine, the house brews its own beer. A brewery tour can be combined with a meal.
